Dear Peninsula Community Church,
Thank you so much for graciously thinking of our clients during this Easter season! The Easter treat baskets are beautiful! Our residents will especially enjoy being thought of in such a “sweet” way! The candy itself is indeed a treat, and the thoughtfulness and prayer that we know goes behind everything you do for Hope Again is seen and felt so clearly, for which we thank the Lord. May you experience at a greater level the amazing knowledge of our Savior’s Resurrection as you celebrate Easter this year!

Dear Family at Peninsula Community Church,
Believe it or not, after all that’s been said about my trip to PNG from late January to early March, there’s still more I could say! The trip was just that good. But I’ll spare you further details now.
What we want to do right now is express our sincere thanks for your prayer support and your financial support over the first three months of the year. They were all instrumental in many areas. From the countless logistical details on one end to the many issues on the home end, we could see God uphold our family during the long separation. On the financial font, ministering on an itinerant basis does stretch funds across the glove — but thanks to your generosity and faithfulness we were able to cover expenses on both ends. And most important, another 1,150 verses moved two large steps closer to publication.
Your gifts, like those of the Philippians to Paul, are “fragrant offering (see Eph. 5:2), an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.” (Phil. 4:18) In these three descriptions, Paul was definitely making a point… and we want to make the same. From our hearts we want to say this progress in the translation could not have happened without your loving obedience to Him. We want to say “Thank you” for your part in what God did in PNG and Colorado Springs…and we thank God for your part in our lives and the lives of the Waxe believers.
May you be richly blessed by Him for your partnership in this work.
