Kurth DeMoss. Married (over 25 years) to Juliet with two children, Daniel and Lisa. He lives in Redondo Beach (since 1984) and has attended PCC since 1990. He is actively involved as a teacher (his passion) in children/youth ministries, as a participant and co-leader in a small group and in te ministry to Lomita Care Center.
Kurth works in the real estate finance, banking, and accounting fields. He is a graduate of the University of Washington (Seattle), son of a career Air Force office, Eagle Scout. So he bleeds purple for the Huskies and purple and gold for the Lakers. He enjoys his family (really), traveling, and God’s creation.

Bob Easton. Bob has married to Daphne for over 40 years, and is very grateful to the Lord for having brought the two together. They have three daughters, Sharon, Anita and Diane and 10 grandchildren. All of the girls are married, living out of state, and home schooling their children. They make the effort to keep in close touch and to see Bob and Daphne and each other often.
Bob greatly enjoys leading an adult Sunday School (discussion format) class during the early service and singing with the choir. He has served several terms as an elder and helps out in other areas of need.
Bob is an aerospace engineer and has over 50 years with Douglas cum McDonnell Douglas cum Boeing. He did his undergraduate studies at Oklahoma State University and graduate studies at UCLA (masters and PhD).
Victor Goh. Victor was born in Singapore. His family was Taoist, worshipping all kinds of idols. He became a Christian through Youth for Christ when he was 15, becoming the first Christian in his entire family. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Singapore and spent the next 3 years as a missionary with Campus for Christ, Singapore working among medical students. He then returned to the university and obtained his masters degree, and worked in the Department of OB/GYN, at the University of Singapore. While working there he earned his PhD and then a fellowship to the Royal College of Pathologist (London). He continued to work in the Department of OBGYN for 30 years, attaining the rank of full professor before immigrating to California at the end of 2006. He now works at Harbor UCLA Medical Center and is a Professor of Medicine at UCLA.
While in Singapore, he served as an elder and had led several ministries, including the small group ministry. He is married to Ivy. They have two sons. Caleb, a teacher in drama and dance at the La Jolla Country Day School in San Diego, and Ian, married to Carol, who has two children and has recently relocated to Perth, Australia.

John Klobuchar. John Klobuchar has been married to his wife Cynthia for 20 years. They have 3 children; John, Hannah and Noah. John has been in the United States Coast Guard for 24 years and has been stationed in Los Angeles since 2006. Beware, John is a Spurs fan come basketball season.

Les Sheckman. Les is married to Joei and although they have no children, they have a 19-year-old cat named Muchado (“about nothing”). Les is the current Chairman of the Elder Board, a member of the Mission Support Team and a Journey Guide. He grew up on the east coast (Delaware) and retired from the Air Force in 1990, when he and Joei moved to the South Bay. Other then a 2-year return to the east coast (Washington, DC) they have lived in Hermosa Beach and Hollywood Riviera since moving west. He enjoys traveling and finding new restaurants. Although he now lives on the west coast, his favorite professional sports teams are the Philadelphia Flyers, Phillies, Eagles and 76'ers.

Mike Thomas. Mike was born in Kentucky into a Christian family and moved to Southern California in 1986 after finishing graduate school in Illinois. He works for defense contractor Raytheon in El Segundo in airborne radar. He met his wife Phyllis at church soon after moving to Southern California and they were married in 1988 on the campus of Pepperdine University. They have 3 sons; Austin, Garrett, and Blake and have lived in Rolling Hills Estates since 2003.

Jim is married to Christie and the father of three great kids, Jeremy, Lindsey, and Danny. Jim is the Senior Pastor at Peninsula Community Church. He grew up in Downey, and spent four years in Dallas and nine in Rancho Mirage. He's lived in the South Bay for almost 17 years - and loves every cool breeze that blows! He enjoys going to Israel and college football....and especially the Trojans.
