VBS 2012 June 18-22

For Children 4 yrs old (by Dec 1st)-11 years old (5th Grade).

 

Registration will begin in April 2012.

 The fun starts at 9:00 am. and will end at 12:00 noon.

 

To REGISTER for VBS and/or Quest, print and fill out the Registration Form and the Medical Release Form (Fill out a separate medical release form for each child) and include a check made payable to "PCC". Bring this to the church office or mail it to the church. Registration will not be complete unless both forms are completed and payment is received.

Want to help?  Fill out the Worker Registration Form and return it to the church office.  People finishing the 6th grade in 2012 (and older) are eligable to help.  Those finishing 5th grade will participate in the program.
